ClearBooks – Cloud Accounting

ClearBooks is a feature rich but user friendly online accounting solution aimed at sole traders and small businesses. It’s features mean it is accessible to all levels of accounting experience but scalable to handle decent sized SME’s.

All ClearBooks packages allow you to grant access to unlimited users and you can restrict access for each user. You can also grant access to your accountant with an accountant friendly feature setting. There is fully customisable invoicing and banking import tool. The reporting suite is excellent and one of the most comprehensive and functional we’ve seen for a software that is so easily accessible to non-accountants. There is an add-on integrated payroll option called Open Payroll which is RTI compliant and files online direct to HMRC for RTI and P11D.

ClearBooks supports online VAT filing with HMRC and also supports CIS (Construction Industry Scheme).

If you use another software package such as XERO, Quickbooks or Sage we can assist you in the maintenance and operation of these packages.
